I have had this problem for over a year now and have lived with it.

Every 4th or 5th time I boot my system

After the Dell logo and ME logo it chugs along for a while

then with the mouse pointer up and movable

everything stops

Any info on how to set up the booting to prevent this
will be greatly appreciated
