SYMTRHK.DLL is a file from Symantec/Norton.
One suggestion that I found was:
"If you turn off the use of the SymTray icon (in Norton SystemWorks,
go to Options, select 'Norton SystemWorks', click the 'General' tab,
uncheck the 'Use the Norton Tray Manager'), you may have better
results."
If that does not resolve the issue then check the support information
at www.symantec.com
Good luck
