IPHLPAPI.DLL

On start up I get a message stating that this file cannot
start. Check the file to determine the problem. I found
4 files with the same title and ran virus scan and it
found no problems. Where do I go from here.

I looked farther in the reply and found that you think
that this is an AOL 9.0 problem. So am I safe just
ignoring it for the moment

And what exactly is that supposed to do? Since Win Me isn't Unix the case of
the file name should be immaterial.
