kernel32.dll error
Posted by Lynh on January 9th, 2004

whenever i started the computer a window woulf pop up
saying that nprotect has caused an error in kernel32.dll
besides tht the computer would startup up in safe mode-
like properties (large icons, 16 colors, but it did not
say safe mode)

i did a scan disk and a virus check and then i finally
uninstalled Norton Antivirus 2003. that got rid of the
error, but not the safe-mode like properties. i already
tried changing my resoltion and color options. restarted
the computer only to have the problem again.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong with my computer and
how to fix it?
