The error message states very clearly and precisely that vsaccess
caused the error. It would seem more logical to question vsaccess
(the culprit) rather than kernel32.dll (the victim).
vsaccess.exe is a file associated with scanners. It is apparently used
by Umax (Vista Access) and perhaps by others. Check with the scanner
manufacturer for updates to the software and drivers, or try
uninstalling and then reinstalling it if no updates are available.
