Almost every time I go to internet explorer I get the
error message -Error in Kernal32.DLL or
LSP.DLL.........does anyone know how to fix this. It's
REALLY starting to annoy me.

It might be prudent to create a System Restore Point *prior* to
doing this task.
You might also consider running SpyBot Search & Destroy or
Lavasoft's Ad-aware for clean-up.
