Right. I'm an idiot, but in a senior moment this morning
I opened the attachement to one of these bosus MS
updates. It seems to have affected my firewall (ZA ) and
anti-virus (AVG ). I've completely reloaded these and AVG
at least seems to be functioning, checking incoming and
outgoing mails. Howver, I can't get either AVG or ZA to
open. I keep getting memory access violation in module
kernel 32 at......... messages.

How can I fix this ?
