I installed an updates for MDAC. I didn't realize at
the time that they were all for different versions. One
was for 2.1, one for 2.5, and one for 2.6, which I now
know I don't even have on my system. Luckily the only
problem is the color files in my MS Paint are corrupted. I
was reading about MDAC and it said somewhere that the best
way to repair problems resuting from MDAC was just to
install the new version. Is it really that simple? And
should I get the 2.7 RTM (I currently have 2.5 RTM) or the
newest, 2.8?
