Shold microsoft word reader be able to open all microsoft
word documents? I have it installed but it does not open
my microsoft word documents.

There's Microsoft Reader, which reads compiled books (LIT) files, and
there's Microsoft Word Viewer which reads Microsoft Word (DOC) files. Are
you sure you downloaded the right one?
