- missing registry key

Getting blue screen VxD error message at startup. Did a
dxdiag and found I have the following registry key missing:
Key 'HKCR\CLSID\{92187326-72B4-11d0-A1AC-0000F8026977}
\ProgID' is missing
I have tried fixing the registry via dos (scanreg /fix),
but the key is still missing. Any suggestions on how to
get it back?

Game Controller? Have no idea what that means. Please
