Hi,
I am getting a message when on the net :

MSGSRV32 not responding and then another message after I
close this screen,Qttask has caused an error in Kernel 32
Dll.

My computer freezes and I have to reboot.

What can I do to fix this?

Sounds like you need to remove and reinstall QuickTime.
