Hi Figgs,
Me thinks that they were Beta files, SpyBot has gone and changed their site,
there's no news of updates there, just via the application which I just
checked
and yes there are updates. I'll try to find out if there were more than just
Betas
that were online for update.
Ya'll beat me to it
Bises,
~Silj

<vbg> Have you seen the one for Ad-aware, one yesterday and another today,
they must be trying to get them all out the way before Christmas <g>

Hey silj,
I dl'd the Spybot update and a little DOS window popped up for a
moment with reference to what was just installed and I didn't get a chance
to read it. Do you know what new item was installed? I did notice that it
now recognizes the fact that I have Spyware Blaster on this machine and it
offers the opportunity to run it from the Immunize page.

Hey 'Loom!
If you look in C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search &
Destroy\Updates\downloaded.ini you can see what files were dled. But these
were 'Integrated Tools': C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search &
Destroy\Updates\tools.zip.

Herr Loom ...
Seems to be a Winsock fix for Newton (?) that was installed...
at least that's what I could see when the DOS window flashed.

<vbg> I ought to wear the gogs more often - I actually looked for such a
facility! (thought it was a bit of an oversight on PK's part, but turns out
it was an undersight on mine).

our name is pronounced, in case you are wondering......not the spanish
