- No Sound

I'm desperate. The sound is gone from my computer. Could
someone help me to find out how to restore it. I would be
ever thankful

It could be several things. Check the connections in the back of the
computer. Make sure the speakers have power. You could check them with some
other audio device if you have a CD player or something. If you have
headphones, you might plug them in the speaker jack in the back of the
computer. Next, go to the Control Panel's Device Manager
(right-click/Properties on My Computer) and remove the Audio Devices and
reboot. They should automatically reload. While in the Device Manager, do
you have any flags or Unknown Devices?
