It might be something to do with Java if you have just installed ME. If
Java is mentioned in the message you can install the latest Sun Java
runtime product which overcomes some ME Java problems.

Go to http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html then select Download
in the JRE column of the second line of the second group of downloads -
'Windows Offline Installation (info)' line (I find off-line
installations easier to manage than on-line installations). The (info)
link is a pop-up. Download the package and follow the (brief)
instructions from the pop-up. N.B. You should heck your Add/Remove
Programs and make sure you don't have any Java products already on your
machine before installing the new one.
