I understand. I plan to do a clean install. Now, can it be clean installed
on any computer or is it BIOS bound?
Thanks!

The short answer is maybe. Some are and some are not, but generally, the
ones that are bound to a certain manufacturer are branded thus, while
generic OEMs are just the M$ hologram.

Cody,
Burn the C:\Windows\Options\CABS folder contents to a CDR. You'll be able to
install on any suitable machine.
