- passwords & usernames
- Posted by Stephanie on January 9th, 2004
I have a home business and on my site I enter a password
and username to access it. I have had associates also use
my computer and their usernames and passwords are also in
my pull down window. Any way to clear some of these out
that I don't want in there anymore? Thankyou! Happy New
Year

Stepanhie,
One way to get rid of the password is to double click on the form box or
password box and you get a list of words. Higlight them by using the down
arrow key to scroll down. Then press the Delete button.
Or you can disable AutoComplete altogether. With IE open, go to Tools >
Options > Contents > AutoComplete. Uncheck the forms and passwords. Click
OK.
