didn't know where else to go. can someone help? when i
back up my quickbooks file to a disc or cd it says i have
backed up successfully. when i try to open the disc or cd
i backed up to i get this error message "the file you are
trying to open is not a quickbooks data file or it is
damaged" does this mean my files are corrupt? how do i fix
this? thanks!
