The only hope you have now is to immediately switch the computer off, then
take it to a shop and have professional help in recovering the files. Don't
even click Start/Shut Down, turn off the power IMMEDIATELY.

Anything else you do, including efforts to recover the files with
do-it-yourself software, will increase the possibility that they will never
be recovered. Some of them may already be gone forever if you've been using
the PC since deleting them.
