- Reinstall Windows ME

I am unable to start my Computer - I get the
message "Error loading Explorer.exe. You must reinstall
Windows". Windows ME came loaded on the computer and I
have the CD, but am unable to find a startup disk.
Can anybody help me? Thanks.

Download boot disk for WinME from

If you have an OEM install you have the OS files copied to
WINDOWS\Options\Cabs .
