How can I remove Windows ME when it is a dual boot with
Windows 2000?

Probably not easily. It would help if you told us which hard drive(s) each
operating system is installed on for starters.

They are both on the C drive. I am using FAT32.

You installed both to the same partition, not to different partitions or
drives? If so, good luck; I won't touch this one with a ten-meter barge
pole.
