- Posted by Pegasaurus on July 15th, 2003
Does anyone know if there is a way to have a windowsME
CD replaced if it's been "EATEN" by a CD player?
some how my system was acting funny and the CD player door
opened and then closed... but somehow > I have no clue
for my back was turned.. the CD windowsME managed to
explode when the door closed back up... the system must
have jerked and made the cd dilodge in holder and the
end result wasn't pretty... little pieces
everywhere.... would or does Microsoft replace orginal
CD??? it has their holigram logos etc.. on it and
there was a couple of larger pieces that you can tell
it's a real mcoy from them??

And if you haven't already, buy a new CD player and install it - and don't
get the cheapest one!
