Hello all
any one have this problem? i just did a reinstall on an HP box always had
Windows ME The reinstal went well installed office and ezcd creator and
nortons antivirus. On shutdown it seems to shut down normally then restarts.
Any thought out there?

None of the scenarios on this page refers to a restart problem in my case
the shutdown looks normal then the computer does a normal restant
