- Security issue in Windows - where would it go?

Hello,
I've found a software security issue (at least what I think is one) in
Windows ME, and I'd like to know the best newsgroup to post it in. Any
suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Here's as good as any - but I suspect it's not a new one. Every hacker in
christendom has had over 3 years to find vulnerabilities in ME.
If you want to keep it confidential, by all means email me it, and I'll pass
it up the line (remove the 'spamless' from my email addy)
