Under Win 9x when you shutdown your computer you see
the "waiting to shutdown" and the "It's safe to turn off
your computer" screens. Under Win Me, the "waiting"
screen is black and the "Turn Off" screen flashes on/off
so fast that you don't have a chance to read it.

Is there a way to make them display as they do under Win
9x? And if so, how?
