For the past 6 weeks or so I've notice the following
message when booting up (everytime): "Please wait while
setup updates your configuation files". Then the startup
continues and concludes to the normal desktop. And
everything thing seems to run okay after that.

Should I be getting this message on every startup? I
haven't loaded any new programs recently nor downloaded
anything to update any applications.

Does this sound normal to you?
