My computer whether it is idling or in use, freezes or
hangs up all of a sudden. I gave for repairs,but the
problem continues.Then I have to reboot all over again
losing all information. What is the cause for this?

You might try Alt-Ctrl-Del and in the list look for an application that says
".... (not responding)". End this application and see if it stops the freeze.
