- System Crashed and Don't have a Startup disk

If you can start in Safe Mode you can create a Startup Disk from a tab
in Add/Remove Programs. (Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove
Programs)
Otherwise you can download an image file that can be used to create a
Win Me boot floppy from www.bootdisk.com. Double click on the
downloaded image and it will create a boot floppy.
