Can anyone please tell me why I keep having problems with
the Windows System Folder keep popping up whenever I turn
on my computer? I have already done a system scan to see
if there was any bugs or anything in it and there
wasn't.. Any help stopping this would be really
appreciated.

One of your components is looking for an updated certificate. With IE open,
go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Scroll down to Security and uncheck both
certificate verification boxes.
