Since installing security upgrades yesterday to Windows Me
and Symantec Anti Virus 2004, the computer won't respond
to the Close, but hangs instead and must be turned off
manually. I have warnings of System Registry Errors.
When closing, OE 0028 0000000 2
Also OE 0028 C0030610
OE 019F BFF 62170
and finally"An exception OD has occured at
0028:00000003in VxD----,. This was called from etc.
I really need some basic help. My computer cannot connect
directly to Microsoft.
