Start with Method 2. This will enable you to download the patch to your
HD for later installation. Be sure to temporarily disable your antivirus
program, pop-stopper, cookie blocker, ad blocker, disk utilities (re:
Norton), internet "speed" booster, spyware program, etc.
prior to the download AND installation.
