- tweakui download

I am having to replace many programs after having to install a new hard
drive. So far the only one I am having problems with is 'tweak ui'. I
downloaded it several times (from different sites) but when I unzip the
files there is no .inf file. I cannot install it. What is my problem? I
tried to follow the instructions, but nothing is working out. I had to
download Winzip again also. Could there be a problem with that?

Winzip should have nothing to do with it.
There is a TweakUI.inf in the download below.
Make sure you have extensions showing in Explorer-Tools-Folder
Options-View (uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types)
Tweak UI 1.33 for Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Millennium
Edition, Windows 98 or Windows 95.
