You can only uninstall ME if you upgraded from another OS.
If ME is the only OS you've ever had on the PC, then you'll have to use the
FORMAT command to clean the PC completely (losing all data/programs in the
process.

You don't say what you're intending to put on instead? (You can use one of
the options in the WinXP installer to do the format for you)

Command Prompt"
This was going along fine then it stopped ond said it
could not find file W9XUNDO.dat
Can anyone explain why that file is not on the Windows CD
or suggest an easier way to uninstal or email me the file.
