You are going to have use System Restore from a command prompt to roll
your system back to just prior to installing the updates. This will
effectively remove them from your system.

Start with Method 2. Once you've personalized the update page, click on
the Installation History link on the left. It should tell you the
"14 updates" that you attempted to install. Download them one at a time
and install them one at a time.

TURN OFF ANY NORTON PRODUCT PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING Windows
Updates. For that matter, when installing ANY software or hardware on
your system.
