Hi, I have window me edition, just purchase the window XP
but as soon as i install it, there are warnings.
should i continue upgrading my pc, since i will lose a lot
of stuff, like disk driver(IEEE-1284.4 compatible mass
storage device (HPH11)
port driver, wan mini port etc.

I think the Upgrade Advisor is telling you that the necessary drivers for the
hardware you mention are not included on the XP CD and that you will have to
find and download the necessary drivers following upgrading. I assuming of
course that you did run the Upgrade Adviser before upgrading to XP. If not I
would strongly urge you to do so.
