- USB Composite Device

I recently purchased a HP PSC 2175 Scanner/Copier/Printer.
The printer works, but the other functions do not. Error
message indicates a communication problem. Under Device
Manager, the USB Composite Device has a question mark in a
green circle.

You probably need to reinstall and/or update your HP drivers - try the HP
web site.

Hello;
Your printer came with a program to uninstall the printer
drivers, it is on the HP CD in the utility directory.
Disconnect the printer and uninstall the drivers using the
special uninstall program, then use the control panel to
uninstall all the rest of the HP software. Then reinstall
waiting to connect the printer untill it askes you too.
