Shortcut are ,lnk files so perhaps you would care to elaborate on that shortcuts
you are referring to. Is this all of your desktop shortcuts or Quick Link
shortcuts or..........? Have you tried R clicking on a shortcut and selecting
properties then checking that the target is correct?

Ok Justin;
It looks like you may have messed something in the registry. You could do one
of three things here;
1) A system restore to a point prior to the problem appearing.
2) A registry restore to a date prior to the problem. Use a boot disk to start
in DOS and at the prompt type
scanreg /restore
there is a space between "g" and "/"
Pick a date from before this happened.
3) Download and run Tweak UI 1.33 from
http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstati.../NTTweakUI.asp
Click on the "Repair" tab and select "Repair Associations"
Post back and let us know how you are making out. I may not be around all day
but someone will pick it up. Others may have further suggestions to solve the
problem as well.
