My ME hangs on rebooting. If I use RESTART, it will start
to shut down, explorer will close and I get a black screen
with a flashing curser. It will not respond to the
keyboard. Have to power-off. Restart system and it scans
the drives because ME did not shut down properly.

Read Technet on removable media inhibiting proper shutdown
or reboot - but this is NOT the problem. Anyone else have
this problem / fix?
