If the latter, then that might be the problem.
This is what happens if you don't have a correct video driver installed, or
if you have configured Windows to use your monitor.
It's not chat. It's a newsgroup. You have to come back and read every day or
so and see if someone has posted an answer. If you ever make it back to see
this answer, see the information under my signature block for how to make
this a lot easier and more satisfying process by getting off the kludgy web
interface and using a newsreader!
Sorry, I don't do email responses. Among many other reasons, an answer to
you by email will benefit nobody but you, whereas one posted here will
benefit potemntially hundreds or thousands of other people. "Asked here,
answered here."
