- Windows Me

How do I stop Windows Me from continuing when it boots to
my desktop. In other words, I have all my icons up and the
system should stop there, however, it continues booting
into My Documents. I don't want to go beyond desktop. How
do I fix it?
Someone also put a password on my machine. I want to
remove it. How. Everytime I boot I get a window saying
enter password and also my name on the first like. I have
to hit the enter key to continue. How do I remove it. What
happens if I remove the PWL files from System.ini?
