I get an error 0E:0028:00000000 every time I start the OS.
I can't run any programs, everything freezes. CTL_ALT_DEL
produces blue screens (system is busy). I reinstalled win
ME-no change. I usually fix all my friend's computer, but
this time I can't fix my own. Any help would be highly
appreciated.

Dan, if you can't boot in Safe Mode it's time to save
everything you can and format the hard drive and reinstall
Windows, or use your Restore Disk if you have one.
