My problem started after a lot of pop ups...I mean
several hundreds. We used SpyBot software and I probably
found most of the pop ups but now the computer will not
close down when we click Start/Shut down/OK. Instead of
shutting down I get the screen that says the program is
either not running or waiting for my instructions. I
click wait but still nothing happens so I close with the
button 'shut down'. What comes on the screen
is 'Notification Wnd for RNAdmin...The Program is not
responding' Then the three options....Wait....End
Task...Cancel
I can still operate but what can I do to have the
computer close down in a normal fashion. Help
