Windows ME startup disk?
Posted by HorseResque on March 6th, 2004

I have been running Win Me for 2 years now. I have files
that have been damaged. I want to reinstall Win Me but my
startup disk has been damaged. I can't make a new one out
of system tools because of damaged files. How can I make a
new startup disk?
Thanks for any help I can get.

You can download the image of a Win Me boot disk from www.bootdisk.com to your
desktop. Double click on the image file and follow the prompts to transfer
the image to a floppy.

They don't I suspect that much of the contents of the site www.bootdisk.com
is legally a bit "iffy" and feel that Microsoft have chosen to leave it alone
given its purpose.
