- windows starts in safe mode

when i first start my computer in the morning windows says
that i should start in safe mode because it has failed to
load completely.

Do you get any other messages? Have you installed any new software or
patches. Once in safe mode try a system restore to a date prior to the
problem. Start/programs/accessories/system tools/system restore. Follow the
instructions for restoring to an earlier date. Hopefully you have the system
restore patch on your system or it will fail.
If you do not have the patch , trying going to the Windows update site from
safe mode and install just that patch.

would do is reinstall the operating system. This should
put the missing components back into place. Possibly a
defrag would help too. Good luck!
