Downloads from Windows Update are not being installed
successfully on my computer. I have the latest Windows
Update software, which scans my computer and presents
various downloads for me to download/install. I select
and then accept the user agreement. The donwload begins
and then I get an error message that installation failed.
Does not matter whether download is a simple root
certificate update, or a new driver update; nothing is
successfully installing.
Is this a Microsoft problem related to their worm
difficulties, or is this a problem on my computer? I
don't appear to have a problem downloading/running
applications from any other sites, just Windows Update.
