When I log onto the Microsoft website and try to update
Windows, it begins the scan and immediately hangs. I have
to "end task" to get out of it. Pressing Ctrl | Alt |
Delete shows "Not Responding." I have tried numerous
things for the past two weeks, and nothing works. The only
thing I found in KB on the MS website refers to NetSonic;
I don't have that.

Any suggestions? I will be most grateful to anyone who can
help me resolve this issue!
