After trying to install a Scrabble game, by AOL & General
Mills, my computer froze on site and I was forced to shut
it down without being able to uninstall. Now, it is
nearly a week later and after trying for hours at a time
daily, Windows will still not load. I have tried the
rescue CD's and System Restoration Kit as well as the
Emergency Reboot floppies that I created. Trying to
bypass some of the startup material by using the F5 key
also does not work. If anyone is able to help me, I would
be extremely grateful!

Can you boot in "Safe Mode". Hold "Ctrl" key down for the
entire boot process until you get a menu and select "Safe
Mode Boot"? If so, uninstall the Scrabble game while in
Safe Mode and reboot.
