- winmgmt hangs my system and/oe does not respond

Greetings....my system is a Dell 8100, 384MB ram, 80 GB hd,
approx.50% full....standard cd,cdrw, etc.
winmgmt regularly hangs up my pc....causing me th eithe
reboot o shut down completely. Does any one know what is
causing this?...
