Hi; I have a Compaq wide screen notebook with an ATI TV Wonder 600 USB TV
tuner. The OS is Vista Home Premium, SP1. When I watch TV the bottom of
the screen flckers, it looks as if it's a ghost of the top part screen.
I've tried various monitor settings but nothing helps. I've tried some
hotfixes and patches that are on the Technet but they wouldn't install
because they weren't applicatione to my system.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Does it happen only with Live TV?or,during playing a DVD or,watching a
recorded TV program also?

I removed ATI's Catalyst progam and that resolved the problem. Thanks to
