- Can't Authenticate Decoder

When I try to run TV, I get "Can't Authenticate Decoder" - If I press
Select 4X, TV works. MCE 2005, Update 2, ATI Gold TV, and DVICO HDTV
CAM tuner card (used to work under Update 1). HDTV card doesn't work at
all now.
