I've got a dumb question. I've got a HP m7060n Media Center PC, and I was
wondering if it has a built in capture card?

You mean tuner card? Simplest way is to look on the back to see if it has a
standard cable tv connector...

It looks as if you should have the product Intervideo WINDVD Creator. Open
it up, select whichever input you connected your VCR to, and click record.
It makes it fairly easy, be careful however, a 10 hour VHS tape makes a VERY
large file (~50 GB), and processing this seems to cause WINDVD to lock so
you will want to break it into smaller sections. (Call me stupid, but I
wanted a single stream, at low quality, after all it is VHS anyway, but the
file size is far to large, and it wouldn't make it to the place where I
started to use additional compression.)
